Defective Product

If your product is defective, please contact us.

We pride ourselves on our quality, and we will do our best to take care of you. All of our products are made to order. Sometimes this means misprints or defects. We will gladly replace the item at our own expense. Please e-mail our team with a short description and photos of the defects. We will do our best to replace your item and have them shipped to you as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not return products due to buyer remorse. In order to exchange product, please contact us, we will start the return/refund process, and you will be required place a new order.

The unwanted product must be shipped to us at your expense.

Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment minus any initial shipping cost.

All returns on unworn/new products will be considered within 25 days of your order being received.

Once the unwanted product has been received by our team, your returned item will be evaluated. All unwanted products must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear. If the product being returned shows signs of wear, you will not be eligible for exchange or return. Our team will contact you via e-mail when your product has been received and evaluated. Any items determined as used will be donated.

Shipping

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

If tracking information states an order was delivered, we suggest you contact the courier directly to try and track down your order.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to correct this. Keep in mind, shipping typically occurs within 2 days of a placed order.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Damaged

If your product was damaged in transit, contact us. Please, include photos and a short description of damage. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

About Us

We are a young husband and wife duo, from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Through our passion for a game (we are marginally good at), we have built a brand that reflects our personalities and love for the game. While we respect the etiquette and dress code on the course, our desire for casual apparel related to golf fueled this project. Catch us at our local courses and driving ranges suited up, but off the fairway don’t be shocked to see us dressed like Adam Sandler.
